Seven Principles for Couples Workshop

generated-image (3)_edited_edited.jpg

Based on over 40 years of scientific research

by Dr. John Gottman!

Your relationship can be stronger – and science proves how.

Divorce can reduce life expectancy by 4 to 8 years (Gottman, 2015) and impacts children, friends, and even assets. But there is an alternative: smart prevention.

In this exclusive workshop, you and your partner will learn research-based strategies – the same ones used by emotionally high-performing couples – to: Transform conflict into connection (it's not about avoiding fights, but managing them masterfully).

Create "shared meaning": emotional synchrony and aligned decision-making. Identify the "4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse" that predict divorce with 91% accuracy – and how to neutralize them.

Why is this workshop different?

Based on the New York Times bestseller: “The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.” Focused on solutions, not drama: It is NOT group therapy; it’s 100% practical strategies.

Real data: methods developed from research with over 3,000 couples at all relationship stages over 20 years.

What you will master in 7 principles:

💎 Intimate friendship: how to make your partner your emotional safe harbor.
💎 Conflict management: perpetual problems? Learn to handle them without wear and tear.
💎Connection rituals: small habits that rekindle daily companionship.
💎 Codes of mutual influence: decisions as a couple without power struggles or imposition.

For which couples?

Preventive: those who want to fortify their relationship before crises arise.

Renewing: those looking to break out of routine or resolve repetitive cycles.

High Performance: couples who invest in excellence – including emotional excellence.

Included activities:

  • Exclusive video screenings with Dr. John and his wife Dr. Julie Gottman and the course creators in Role Play.

  • Materials (Couple’s Guide with exercises, relational profile tests).

Next session with limited spots.

Secure your place and don’t become part of scary statistics.

8 Weeks of Scientific Foundations for Mental Health and High Performance

Why Invest in Evidence-Based Self-Knowledge?

Therapy isn’t just for those who are struggling – it’s for those pursuing excellence. If you’ve tried therapy before but weren’t introduced to science-backed methods (like CBT), you may have learned more about myths than the actual workings of the mind. And if you’ve never tried therapy, you’re missing out on powerful tools to enhance your health, relationships, and performance.

In this exclusive group, we combine principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (the most effective approach according to the WHO) with strategies from scientific Positive Psychology (Seligman, Csikszentmihalyi, and others), delivered in a format accessible to everyone – beginners and experienced alike.

What Makes This Course Unique?

  • Premium Content: Structured material for those who demand scientific rigor, without unnecessary jargon.

  • Practical Application: Validated techniques for emotional management, decision-making, and resilience.

  • Intellectual Selectivity: Learn how to distinguish evidence-based therapies from pseudoscientific trends.

Key Topics (8-Week Immersion):

💎 Neuroscience of Emotions: How thoughts shape your reality.
💎Responsible Self-Assessment: Warning signs of disorders.
💎Gold-Standard CBT Protocols: Tools for anxiety, procrastination, and stress.
💎Positive Psychology: Developing personal strengths and achieving flow.
💎Quality Criteria: How to evaluate whether a treatment or professional is trustworthy.

Who Is This For?

  • Entrepreneurs and leaders seeking an anti-fragile mindset.

  • Individuals interested in primary prevention of mental health (not just “crisis treatment”).

  • Those who value time and investment: condensed content, no fluff.

Included activities:

Video screenings and supporting materials (PDFs, use of validated tests). Weekly exercises to integrate concepts into daily life. The next class has limited space. Secure your access today and start applying science to improve your quality of life.

Scientific Strategies to Navigate the Challenges of Adolescence

Adolescence doesn’t have to be a time of crisis – when you have the right tools. Physical, emotional, and social changes can challenge even the most prepared families. But today, science offers proven methods to turn conflict into connection and challenges into growth. In this exclusive group, we use materials from Parenting Wisely – a program classified as a “Legacy” intervention by the U.S. National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP) – to help parents and caregivers:

💎 Set boundaries with connection (not imposition)
💎 Improve school performance without endless arguments
💎Manage family conflicts (siblings, stepparents, external influences)
💎Create functional routines (schedules and chores)

How It Works
📌 Video dramatizations: watch everyday situations (like sibling arguments or resistance to routines) and learn evidence-based effective responses.
📌 Validated tools: Parenting Wisely techniques adapted to the Brazilian context.
📌 Exchange of experiences: connect with other families facing similar challenges – without judgment, only solutions.

Why Is This Group Different?
💎 Data-driven, not opinion-based: methods approved by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
💎 Results-oriented: this is NOT therapy – it’s parental training with measurable strategies.
💎Accessible language: practical videos and materials you can apply immediately at home.

Who Is It For?

  • Parents and caregivers who want to prevent crises.

  • Families in transition (new relationships, school changes, authority conflicts).

  • Professionals seeking reliable resources to recommend.

Includes:

  • Video screenings to exclusive videos depicting real-life situations.

  • Support materials (family agreement templates).

Next cohort with limited spots. Adolescence is a temporary phase – but the skills learned last a lifetime.
